These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the mobile game Yo-Ho-Boom! (the "Game"), published by STEFF WORKS (Vadim Eff, an individual developer based in Cyprus) ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on a device you own or control, for your own entertainment. The Game, its characters, artwork, sounds, code and name remain our property or the property of our licensors.

2. Age

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age required in your country to agree to these Terms, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

3. Virtual items and purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases (for example gold, powder kegs or removing ads) processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are a limited licence to use features inside the Game. Purchases are generally final; refund requests are handled by the store where the purchase was made under its policies. Progress and purchases are stored on your device: deleting the Game or its data may remove them. A "Restore Purchases" button in the store screen restores non-consumable purchases (such as removing ads) on the same store account.

4. Advertising

The free version of the Game shows ads delivered by Google AdMob, including optional rewarded videos. How ads use data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sell or redistribute the Game or any part of it, not to use cheats, bots or exploits, and not to interfere with the Game's services or other players.

6. Changes and availability

We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time, including the balance of virtual items. We will try to give notice of significant changes in the Game or on this website.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live still apply.
